As supplier of agricultural raw materials, we are committed to be a sustainable supplier, with complying with all standards and requirements of sustainable development plan and its goals (SDGs).

Generally, our main goals (which based on the same development goals) can be summarized by these 3 points:

and that's what we are working on.

But! there are some principles included in sustainable development program, that we consider them the basis we work according to, as they are the minimum requirements and cannot be waived, therefore, we declared that we are completely committed to apply them from the first day.

OUR PRINCIPLES & CRITERIA

First and foremost,

Respect for the basic human rights is our most important principle, we believe that everyone has the right for equally, justice, dignity, privacy, the right not to be discriminated in any way, or be treated hatefully or disrespectfully, or getting abused or harassed in anyway, and the right to refuse to be forced on any work against his will.

This includes:

1. Providing decent and safe work environment.

2. Providing fair remuneration.

3. Providing Health & Safety care, and protection from any kind of hazards.

4. Implement the maximum number of working hours.

5. Refusing to force anyone on work against his will.

6. Providing appropriate training and learning.

7. prohibition of Child Labour
   (under the age of 14)

Keeping standards high !

Quality & safety of our products, and meeting the standards & requirements of the customer, are one of our top priorities that strengthens our relationship with our partners.

Therefor, even if the product we produce is sustainably supplied, we ONLY produce it in accordance with the safety standards and requirements.

Honesty & integrity

This mean:

1. the complete honesty in answering all questions, without giving any incorrect information, or giving any information that may involves deception in order to mislead the customer in any way.

2. complying with all local laws.

3. prohibition and refusing to engage in any form of corruption, such as giving bribery or payment in any form to a government official or influential person, for the purpose of getting any benefits or affects in making a decision.

For all employees, farmers, wild collectors and all other worker, we seek to improve their life and those of their families too, by providing the support they need, and involving in various voluntary projects. as we believe that the spirit of cooperation between us generates tranquility, and makes everyone of us loves his job.

In all stages of our production system, we strive to reduce the environmental footprint of every process. We have made several measures that contribute to protect our environment, for example:

• All of our packing materials now are 100% recyclable

• We try as much as possible to use electricity & water economically, and make all the energy used for processing the products is natural, e.g drying by sun (sun-dry)

Earning certification from reputable organization is an effective way to ensure our commitment to comply with all sustainability standards & requirements.

For this matter, the Rainforest Alliance Certified™ seal is widely recognized as a leading symbol of sustainability compliance, it refers to products which are certified against the comprehensive standards of the Rainforest Alliance sustainable agriculture which addresses social, economic and environmental criteria.

OUR STRATEGY & MISSION

As we referred previously, our company was newly established (EST.2020), so, we need some time until we become fully complied with ALL standards & requirements of the certification, and this is what we are working on, by the continuous work and steady improvement to comply with all sustainability standards.

Therefore, we declared that we are committed to get Certified by Rainforest Alliance by mid of (2023)
